You may be amongst those who have lost work, or you may be busier than ever in these uncertain times. Either way, what you are saying about the situation matters, and how you communicate with your staff and your customers and partners has never been more important. Expressing compassion, empathy, vulnerability and hope can help light up a dark day. That’s why I am offering to support your messaging in any way I can.

Working in a virtual space I am happy to write, edit, coach and train you to be as effective as possible in how you talk about your business continuity, business suspension, employment perspectives, etc. etc. etc. Nature abhors a vacuum so if you’re not telling your story, rumour rushes in to fill the void.
